How do I cancel my order?

If you paid by credit card, and need to cancel your order please contact Customer Service. Please remember to include your order number for faster service. In some cases, we are unable to cancel an order, as orders are processed for shipment immediately upon completion.

If you selected to pay by check or money order, and have not sent in your payment. Your order will automatically be cancelled after 30 days.

Orders may only be cancelled the day they were placed. If you need to cancel your order please enter your order number and password
