If you are attempting to install our products on versions of Photoshop newer than CC 2014, please see our Compatibility page under the Support tab above. Newer versions of Photoshop are not supported.

If you have a serial number that does not start with “N” and you are trying to activate a previously purchased product on a new computer, you will need to email us at orders@andromeda.com and provide your old serial number and we will provide you with a new serial number that starts with “N”, then you will need to follow the next instruction below.

If you are having trouble registering/activating a new product, and your serial number starts with an “N”, please click the “I prefer to register manually” checkbox, leave the activation code blank, and then click the “OK” button.
