Our plug-ins themselves are compatible with ALL versions of Photoshop from CS3 to 2021. If you have a serial number that does not start with “N” and you are trying to activate a previously purchased product on a new computer, you will need to email us at orders@andromeda.com and provide your old serial number and we will provide you with a new serial number that starts with “N”, then you will need to follow the next instruction below.

If you are having trouble registering/activating a new product, and your serial number starts with an “N”, please click the “I prefer to register manually” checkbox, leave the activation code blank, and then click the “OK” button (even though it may appear as disabled).

If you have recently installed Screens, Cutline, or EtchTone (for Windows), or any of the collections which include these three Windows products, you may find that they appear very small on high-resolution monitors. This can be improved by using your Windows “Display Settings” system settings, and set your screen resolution to 1920 x 1080 with a text size of 100%. Due to the older platform these products were developed under, this is required for satisfactory performance and operation of those specific three products.
